The project is funded under the European program Horizon 2020 for Research and Innovation and is coordinated by the Internationales Konversionszentrum Bonn GmbH (BICC) in Germany. TRAFIG involves 11 partners from Europe, Asia, and Africa. The main objective is to deepen the understanding of the causes, consequences, and solutions for protracted situations of vulnerability linked to forced migrations in Asia (Pakistan and Jordan), Africa (Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Congo), and Europe (Greece and Italy). The project will also reconstruct transnational networks of relationships and support for refugees to understand how these influence their daily condition and future mobility trajectories. FIERI’s primary role is to coordinate the Work Package on Europe.
All the produced materials are available on the website: https://trafig.eu/
