Transferability of good practices in practice

Transferability of good practices in practice. The research, co-financed by the NEF (Network of European Foundations) and carried out in collaboration with the Swiss Forum for Migration and Population Studies (SFM the Welfare Research Unit of the Institute of Sociology (HAS) of Budapest, the Municipality of Turin and the The Salesian Association of cultural animation of Turin analyzed the “good practices” experimented in the context of the scholastic integration of immigrant minors in Geneva and Roma children in Budapest, in order to identify the factors that favored their definition and allowed implementation, as well as to evaluate its transferability to other countries.

The analysis was followed by a phase of experimentation of some good practices in a context of recent immigration such as that of the city of Turin.

The results of the research were presented in Turin in May 2007 at a conference “Good practices in practice. Good practices for the scholastic integration of foreign students” organized by FIERI and sponsored by the Educational Services Division of the City of Turin.
