Services, Integration Sensors for Immigrants
19 May 2010

The project was funded by the Valle d’Aosta Region and has contributed to the realisation of Workpackage 6 of the project Demochange (Demographic change in the Alps spatial planning adaptation strategies), developed within the programme of transnational European territorial cooperation “Spazio Alpino” (objective 3). The aim was to build a system of monitoring capable of identifying the dynamics of integration and the possible critical situations that may emerge, using the local welfare services as “benchmark tool”. The project included a Summer School for local policymakers aimed at providing tools, including the abovementioned on-line platform, useful to develop integration knowledge-based policies in medium and small towns.
