We highlight the publication of the Position Paper on the Multiannual Financial Framework (2028–2034), edited by Amanda Bisong (EUI) of the Progressive Migration Group (PMG) – the network of African and European experts established by FEPS and the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, of which Ferruccio Pastore (director of FIERI) is also a member.

The paper examines the implications of the proposals for the EU’s next multiannual financial framework for Africa and puts forward recommendations for African governments.
