The goal of the research work, funded by Compagnia di San Paolo, was to foster the transfer of good practises of social housing bent on immigrants in the province of Turin, starting from examples of these initiatives carried out in Great Britain, The Netherlands, France and Germany. The project, based on a strong synergy with the research activity “Moving workers and residences” that FIERI carried out with the financial support of Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo (FCRC) and in cooperation with the Housing Programme of Compagnia di San Paolo, can be conceived as a scientific activity fostering innovative initiatives to identify useful tools in order to develop social housing in Turin and in Piedmont.
