ICC (Inter- Cultural Cities) Index.
7 July 2017

The project, developed by MPG on behalf of the Council of Europe, aims to measure the impact of the “Intercultural Cities” approach on the cohesion of local communities. The initial research phase is dedicated to updating and developing the ICC (Inter-Cultural City) Index in 15 pilot cities and comparing them with a control sample. In this context, FIERI is responsible for collecting qualitative and quantitative data in Torino, Bologna, and Napoli. The project aims to identify the most relevant indicators for regular updates and monitoring of progress in intercultural policies in cities, and where possible, to find correlations and causal links between policies and the observed results.
