Within the challenges posed by the aging workforce and the energy transition, GS4S aims to delve into the dynamics leading to the emergence of structural labor shortages on a global scale ( with particular attention to the EU, Western Balkans, Middle East and North Africa, West Africa, and South/Southeast Asia), in three specific sectors (digital, healthcare, and construction The general objective is to enhance integrated response capacity through dynamic combinations of various tools (migration and mobility policies, strenghtening skills and workforce activity rates at the national and local levels, relocations, targeted technological investments, etc.).
