The project is funded by the Ministry of the Interior within the framework of the FAMI Fund (Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund) and coordinated by the UNESCO Chair SSIIM at the IUAV University in Venice (http://www.unescochair-iuav.it/capacitymetro-italia/). CapaCityMetro-ITALIA has the general objective of addressing critical issues and enhancing opportunities from a strategic planning perspective, strengthening the understanding of services aimed at foreigners and fostering collaboration among operators in 5 metropolitan areas (Venezia, Milano, Torino, Napoli, Bari). FIERI is a subcontractor of IRES Piemonte and contributes to the creation of a georeferenced map of services and best practices in the Piedmont Region (“M-APP: Migrants APP”: https://circe.iuav.it/m-app/). The other project partners are: Municipality of Venice, Ires Piemonte, Polytechnic University of Milan, Metropolitan City of Milan, University of Naples Federico II, Polytechnic University of Bari, and Municipality of Bari.
