The project, funded through individual grants by Compagnia di San Paolo within the Programme “Turin and the Alps” and carried out together with Labins social cooperative, intended to conduct a feasibility study on reception solutions for forced migrants in the alpine territories based on the principle of community welfare. These solutions are identified by the local actors through a process of co-planning. More generally, the project was aimed at contributing to the debate on welfare developments in highly mobile societies.
