In the framework of a comparative research project coordinated by the Geographic Migration Centre (GEOMIGRACE) of the Charles University in Prague, FIERI is responsible for the Italian case study. The project intends to study remittances (also as a transfer of social and cultural patterns) to one of the European countries where this phenomenon has a deeper impact on social and economic life.
